The Ministry of Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure of Serbia rejected the request of the Ministry of Finance for the issuance of a building permit for the construction of the National Football Stadium, with accompanying facilities and a parking lot, because it was incomplete.
As can be seen from the decision to reject the request, which was published on August 20, the building permit was requested for a stadium that will have a basement, a ground floor, and seven floors, Forbes Serbia stated.
It is planned that the height of the stadium will be 51.5 meters and that it can accommodate 52,000 spectators.
The decision on the rejection of the request states, among other things, that it is necessary to list all the planned accompanying facilities in the main notebook (summary technical description).
It is also necessary to state all previously obtained permits/approvals that covered the works that to some extent preceded the works that are the subject of the request and technical documentation, it can be seen from the decision.
In addition to this, it is also necessary for the main designer to declare whether there is electrical power infrastructure (10 and 1 kV) in the work zone, defined in the conditions of Elektrodistribucija Srbije for crossing and parallel routing, which is endangered by the works, as well as whether its protection or relocation is necessary.
The request of the Ministry of Finance, i.e., the attached documentation with the request, was incomplete in the parts related to the connections for the sewage system, electrical power network, and water supply, Forbes reported, where you can read the rest of the text.
