A real drama unfolded in the center of Kosjerić when a man snatched a policewoman’s gun and shot himself in the head. According to the latest unofficial information from the field, the man showed signs of life and was transported to the Užice hospital in a very serious condition.
“He approached the policewoman, snatched her gun, and shot himself in the head in the center of the city. We don’t know much about him, except that he is from the village of Tubići, that he takes care of his mother who is disabled. He worked as a day laborer,” a resident of Kosjerić told RINA.

On the other hand, citizens have only words of praise for the policewoman whose gun the man snatched.
“She is wonderful, she mostly worked at the school. We all sincerely hope that she will not suffer consequences at work because of everything that happened,” added the locals.
The investigation is ongoing.
