DODIK: RS Interior Ministry to Have Permanent Order to Investigate Schmidt for Next 10 Years!

The “Viaduct” case is the fraud of the century in Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, involving legal clans from Banja Luka and Sarajevo, stated Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik. He announced a lawsuit against Bosnia and Herzegovina, as, he claims, Christian Schmidt has protected himself.

Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that Christian Schmidt is destroying Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that this signifies the collapse of European policy in BiH, which advocates for different principles and standards, not arbitrariness and unconstitutional behavior.

Dodik reiterated that Schmidt is not a representative, has no right to make decisions, and that everything he does is speculative and harmful.

“The concentration of unlawful decisions by various individuals, especially this shameful Schmidt, speaks of the failure of EU policy and raises the question of whether it makes sense to deal with European issues. We will decide on that,” Dodik said.

He emphasized that the European path has been most undermined by European countries and the Brussels administration, which allowed individuals to contaminate the entire decision-making system in BiH, including matters concerning the Central Bank’s funds.

“Viaduct” Case and Schmidt’s Actions

Dodik stated that the “Viaduct” case is the fraud of the century in Republika Srpska and BiH, involving legal clans from Banja Luka and Sarajevo and international representatives, and now Schmidt, who is working to secure his position.

He stressed that Schmidt, even if legally elected, has no right to impose decisions.

Dodik announced a lawsuit against BiH, as, he claims, Schmidt has protected himself.

“We are looking for a way to properly conduct the procedure in Germany. He infringes on the constitutional order of BiH. If the EU had not given its consent, this would not have happened, and then they talk to us about the rule of law,” Dodik emphasized.

RS Police to Investigate Schmidt, Call for OHR Rejection

Dodik also said that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska (MUP RS) will, from this moment on, have a permanent order to investigate Schmidt and his behavior for the next 10 years.

Dodik said he would ask the U.S. administration to reject the OHR as an instrument of interference in BiH’s internal affairs, given statements from American officials that they would no longer do so.

“The USA has changed its policy, and we support that, but if that is true, then they must immediately reject the OHR as an instrument of interference in internal affairs,” Dodik said.

This morning, Christian Schmidt, using the Bonn Powers, imposed a decision in the case of the Slovenian company “Viaduct,” which provides for taking money from excise funds from the single account from the part belonging to Republika Srpska, and a decision for the Central Bank of BiH to provide money for new technologies in the electoral process.
