Several people, including two children, were killed in a bloody rampage that took place this afternoon in a cafe in the center of Cetinje, when the perpetrator, whose identity is known to the police, killed four men, wounded two, and then fled the scene.
Shortly after the crime in the cafe, it was reported that he killed two children and wounded one woman in the Bogdanov Kraj neighborhood.
Among the victims are M. V., R. M., and B. M.

The police are appealing to the citizens of Cetinje to remain calm and stay in their homes, while all available police units are in the field and undertaking activities within their jurisdiction to bring the situation under control and prosecute the perpetrator.
The police administration has stated that this is a situational event and not a result of a clash between high-risk organized criminal groups.
“In order to resolve this crisis situation, special police units have been deployed to the area,” the police statement says.
