As Hurricane Milton approaches Florida, posing the most severe weather threat to this part of the United States in several decades, projections have been made regarding which cities will be hardest hit.

According to CNN, one of the most endangered cities is Tampa, home to hundreds of Serbs. Residents of this city, as well as all cities in the hurricane’s path, have received urgent warnings to evacuate and save their lives ahead of the approaching storm.

Tampa:

  • Hurricane duration: Wednesday from 4 PM to Thursday at 3 PM
  • Wind gusts: Strongest at 185 kilometers per hour
  • Rainfall: Up to 38 centimeters

  • Wind gusts: Up to 225 kilometers per hour
  • Rainfall: Up to 20 centimeters

Orlando:

  • Hurricane duration: From 9 PM Wednesday to 6 PM Thursday
  • Wind gusts: Up to 145 kilometers per hour
  • Rainfall: Up to 20 centimeters

Fort Myers:

  • Hurricane duration: From 4 PM Wednesday to 3 PM Thursday
  • Wind gusts: Up to 90 kilometers per hour
  • Rainfall: Up to 10 centimeters
