“My constitutional rights to expression were violated in many ways even before this disgraceful decision,” said Vladimir Štimac, after the High Court in Belgrade imposed a measure prohibiting him from approaching, meeting, or communicating with certain persons and visiting all public gatherings.
Let us recall that Vladimir Štimac was previously arrested on the order of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, on suspicion of “calling for a violent change of the constitutional order.”
“How rotten our judiciary is, with exceptions, shows that the appeal filed by the VJT to the High Court and the decision itself regarding my temporary measure, the ban on attending gatherings, the ban on approaching certain persons, and the obligation to report to the Palilula Ministry of the Interior every 1st and 15th of the month, were forwarded to Aleksandar Vučić’s media octopus, the poisoner. This shows how small he is and how much he fears certain people and their influence, because when your conscience is clear and your intentions are right, the only thing this traitor can do is try to take you off the street,” Štimac wrote on X.

As he stated, the fight is still ahead, and he will never give up on the state, justice, and the people.
“I didn’t know that one man could scare you so much, it’s no wonder you never dare to go into a political TV duel with anyone, because you are the greatest traitor and arch-traitor of this nation and state. My constitutional rights to expression were violated in many ways even before this disgraceful decision, but now you have gone one step further. You are already a political past, and all your subjects must realize that. I will not give up the legal fight, be sure of that,” Štimac added.
