“THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIE WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE”: Vučić claims that a sound cannon was not used and that “Maidan will not pass”! (VIDEO)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced after the largest protest in the history of Serbia that he is “very proud of how the Serbian state preserved stability and peace in Serbia despite numerous attempts at destabilization and undermining peace.”

“I am especially proud of the fact that we have refuted all the lies and untruths that those who wanted to destroy Serbia have made public. I will remind you, from the fact that people from Pionirski Park will attack them, to how tractors are used to attack them, and in the end, 186 tractors of Serbian hosts, those who spoke about it, thoroughly destroyed or severely damaged,” said Vučić.

“During the rally itself, they broadcast through all their media, blatantly anti-Serbian, how we will turn off the internet, how there will be no social networks, because that’s what dictators do. They lied,” he added.

“They talked about how they would be attacked by war veterans, the real and true ones, and then they brought some who are led by a man who left the Serbian Army in 1993 because of his salary, in the midst of the fight for the Serbian people. And they were not ashamed of it, but proud of it,” Vučić said.

As he added, then they said that no one would allow them to come to Belgrade because someone would block the trucks on the roads, as they did to us on the way to Jagodina.

“Of course, it didn’t happen. Then they said that the fights were caused by people from Pionirski Park. In fact, the only fight that happened was a fight between the participants themselves, and a terrible one. They can’t stand the fact that we preserved peace, preserved freedom, preserved democracy, and taught everyone a lesson without using a single baton, a single truncheon. And then came the biggest lie, because when everything ends unsuccessfully, then you have to lie even more. Then they came up with the idea to invent a story about a sound cannon. And they found that sound cannon, showed it, showed it in the hands of Serbian soldiers, members of the Cobras, only it’s not a sound cannon, but an anti-drone rifle. An ordinary anti-drone rifle, because the Army and the Cobras don’t have a sound cannon at all. There is no sound cannon in the Serbian Army,” Vučić stated.

He said that they then continued with that story, “regardless of all that they lied and invented.”

“Then they said that it existed, even though no one came forward to say that they felt unwell or sick. Then they remembered the next day to send their activists, since they apparently felt sick after 48 hours, to say – well, I felt a little sick. It can’t really be shown and proven, but we will continue to invent,” he said.

“Why is this necessary, dear citizens? Well, they did that at Maidan. Do you remember the accusations that Yanukovych brought in snipers who shot at people? That’s how they started here – Vučić, you shot at your people. There are no injured, nothing happened to anyone, but you have to invent. The sound cannon was not anywhere on the street, you can’t not see it, you can’t not hear it. You have invented another terrible lie, not for the first time, thinking that you can destroy Serbia with it. The investigation will be completed in full within 48 hours, and then all those responsible for such brutal fabrications and lies will be held accountable before the face of justice. There has been too much joking and playing around with the destruction of Serbia. We will preserve Serbia and defend it. Serbia will win,” Vučić concluded.
