For the murder of nine and wounding of 12 people, Uroš Blažić was sentenced in December 2024 before the Special Court in Belgrade to a unified sentence of 20 years in prison, because at the moment of the criminal act he was not yet 21 years old, and was thus characterized by law as a younger adult.
At the same time, in the High Court in Smederevo, a verdict was also reached for his father Radiša Blažić, who also received the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for two criminal offenses.
For the criminal offense of unauthorized possession, carrying, and placing into circulation of weapons and explosive materials, Radiša received 12 years in prison, and for a serious offense against general security, 10 years in prison.
