Citizens of Montenegro have the most trust in the Serbian Orthodox Church and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, the latest Ipsos survey results have shown.
The survey was conducted from February 2nd to 11th on a sample of 1,010 adult citizens, and was presented last night in the Argumenti show on TVCG.
According to this survey, the majority of citizens believe that Montenegro has taken the wrong path (46 percent), while 39 percent stated that Montenegro is on the right track. 15 percent of respondents do not know which direction Montenegro is going.
Support for EU membership is still very high, 75 percent of citizens are in favor of the EU, while 22 percent are against.

Citizens have the most trust in Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, in second place is former Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović, who was recently elected honorary president of the most influential opposition DPS, followed by Ura leader Dritan Abazović, president of the Democratic People’s Party (DNP) Milan Knežević. The President of the State, Jakov Milatović, is in fifth place, and behind him is the president of the DPS, Danijel Živković.
Prime Minister Spajić is also the best-rated politician, in second place is Milan Knežević, followed by Jakov Milatović, Dritan Abazović, Milo Đukanović and Aleksa Bečić, president of the Democrats of Montenegro. The survey also showed that all politicians have a higher number of negative ratings.
When it comes to institutions in Montenegro, citizens have the most trust in the SPC, then the Montenegrin Army, the Prime Minister, then the police and the President of the State.
When asked about the elections, if the parliamentary elections in Montenegro were held on Sunday, 58 percent of respondents would definitely go out, 13 percent would most likely go out, nine percent most likely would not, while 18 percent of respondents definitely would not go out to the elections, the RTCG portal reported with graphs of the survey results.
