SERBIAN-GREEK TANDEM AT INDIAN WELLS: Đoković and Tsitsipas decide to join forces in doubles!

The Serbian tennis player decided to enter the second competition as well, pairing up with Stefanos Tsitsipas, which surprised many tennis fans.

The list of pairs has brought several interesting combinations: Jannik Sinner will play with Reilly Opelka, Daniil Medvedev with Tijan Lerner, while Karen Khachanov and Andrey Rublev will form another strong pair. There are also brothers Arthur Rinderknech and Valentin Vacherot, making the competition even more intriguing.

Đoković already has experience in doubles formats at the California tournaments; this will be his seventh appearance, and he went the farthest in 2019 when he reached the semifinals paired with Fabio Fognini.

In singles, Novak had a bye in the first round of the Masters in Indian Wells, and in the second he will face Kamil Majchrzak. The Serbian tennis player said he will continue to play as long as he has the fire, passion and quality, which promises a spectacle both in singles and doubles.
