After the commemorative walk of several thousand citizens of Novi Sad and paying respects to the victims of the canopy collapse, several police vehicles moved in the direction of the campus.
As reported by 021.rs, the police in anti-riot gear intervened near the DIF.
Citizens were pushed back to the campus. Reportedly, batons and stun grenades were used.
According to citizens, the police are standing on the border with the campus and blocking a part of Bulevar cara Lazara.

It is assumed that the police went towards the campus after the commemorative walk and paying respects to the victims at the Railway Station.
The video shows that around 10 p.m. or a little later, an incident occurred.
For now, it is not known what caused this incident.
