By the verdict of the Basic Court in Zaječar, S.P. (77) from that city was convicted on January 31 for impermissible sexual acts against a 14-year-old girl, as confirmed by the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in that city, Blic reports.
The verdict is currently being drafted, and the details and explanation will be known in the coming days, after the parties in the proceedings receive a written copy.
According to unofficial information, the mother of the abused girl came to the police station in Zaječar at the end of October last year and reported S.P. for sexual abuse.

She then told the police officers in detail how the accused S.P. lured her daughter (14), Blic writes, citing well-informed sources.
- According to her, the now convicted man, after meeting the minor, offered to come to one of the shops in the center of Zaječar to hang out. Not realizing what was being prepared for her, the girl agreed to that – said a source from the investigation.
According to his words, S.P. then, as was proven in court, met with the injured minor on several occasions.
