The issue of hooliganism in Croatian football shows no signs of stopping — and this time, it seems they’ve taken it to the next level.
A MASSIVE FIGHT broke out in the Pujanke neighborhood of Split between supporters of Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split, just hours before the highly anticipated derby match between the two rivals. According to reports, the confrontation was PRE-ARRANGED, with around 200 fans from EACH SIDE reportedly taking part in the violent melee.
The intensity of the violence is captured in shocking details released by Croatian media. TERRIFIED FANS were seen fleeing the scene, some jumping into passing cars or even seeking shelter inside the homes of local residents in a desperate attempt to escape the chaos.
The video footage from the incident paints a harrowing picture and raises serious questions about safety and the growing threat of football-related violence in the region.
