The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has filed an indictment against war general of the Army of BiH Fikret Prevljak and nine other individuals, who are charged with committing war crimes against Serbs in the Sarajevo neighborhoods of Hrasnica, Butmir, and Sokolović kolonija.
In addition to Prevljak, the indictment was filed against Emir Redžović, Vahid Alađuz, Rasim Okerić, Mustafa Gagaj, Mujo Vatreš, Vahid Muharemović, Mirsad Tuzlak, and Senahid Godinjak, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH announced.
The accused are charged with committing war crimes against about one hundred Serb civilians, including women, the elderly, and minors, who were unlawfully captured in camps and other facilities in the Hrasnica area, while acting as commanders and members of the Army of BiH.

They are also charged with crimes against captured Serb prisoners who were taken for forced labor in the war zone, where they were injured or killed by guards.
The accused are charged with the criminal offense of war crimes against civilians and prisoners of war under the Criminal Code of BiH.
