Representatives of Srpska Lista have submitted a complaint to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel regarding the Central Election Commission’s (CEC) decision on the composition of polling boards in Priština.
According to Srpska Lista’s statement, the complaint challenges the new, illegal decision made by the CEC.
The legal deadline for a response is 48 hours from the moment the complaint was submitted.

Two days ago, the Central Election Commission in Priština made a decision on polling boards for the upcoming elections, which Srpska Lista claims is detrimental to them. This came after the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel annulled a prior unlawful and falsified decision on the composition of polling boards and ordered the CEC to adopt a new decision in accordance with existing legal acts.
Srpska Lista previously stated that the new decision by the CEC was also made “in clear violation of election rules” and accused it of favoring the party of the “protégé” of the Prime Minister of the provisional Priština institutions, Albin Kurti—Nenad Rašić.
