Smuggling cigars was characteristic of CIA agents, who bought these exclusive cigars in Cuba and sold them on the American market at a significantly higher price than the purchase price. This was one of the most lucrative businesses for American intelligence agents.
“The prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica was informed about the event, and at their request, B.R. and M.J. were arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of smuggling,” the UP said.
The Police Administration, they add, continues with intensive activities to control border crossings and suppress all forms of cross-border crime, with strong inter-institutional cooperation with the Customs Administration.
