Singer Darko Lazić suffered a traffic accident last night on the highway; his wife Katarina was in the car with him, and according to unofficial information from Nova.rs, he was driving without a Serbian license and with more than 1.9 per mille of alcohol in his blood.

The accident happened last night, and as Nova.rs unofficially learns, the singer had almost two per mille of alcohol in his blood at the time of the accident.

Also, he did not have a Serbian license, which was confiscated from him due to previous traffic offenses.

Nevertheless, he was driving with a Czech license.

On the other hand, as Nova.rs unofficially learns, Darko Lazić was not positive for narcotics.

Denied driving under the influence of alcohol

Incidentally, as the media reported earlier today, Lazić previously denied that he was under the influence of narcotics and alcohol at the time of the accident.

“I lost control, I see that everyone reported that I was intoxicated, and illegal substances are being mentioned. I have all the findings from the hospital. Thank God, no one was seriously hurt, we survived. My wife is fine, I got head injuries, nothing terrible. It was raining, the car skidded, I hit a bus. No one was on the bus, no one was injured, we are all alive and well. There was no speeding either, we move on,” Darko said.

“All I know is when I got to the hospital and when I saw myself in the mirror and that my head was cut open, the doctor told me it wasn’t as terrible as it could have been. I have 15 stitches, but I must note that there is no alcohol and no illegal substances,” he told Blic.
