A meeting will be held today in Doboj, publicly called by the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, who invited all presidents of parliamentary parties at the BiH level, in accordance with messages from the UN Security Council, which clearly and unequivocally stated that the solution to the constitutional and legal crisis must come from domestic politicians, namely representatives of the three constituent peoples.
The most influential members of the international community—the USA, Russia, and China—emphasized that dialogue is necessary and that decisions about internal relations must be made by legitimately elected representatives of the people.
Advisor to the President of Srpska, Ana Trišić Babić, says that the public invitation from President Dodik to the presidents of parliamentary parties at the BiH level is a sign of the will to resolve the constitutional and legal crisis in BiH through dialogue.
Trišić Babić points out that BiH was brought into this situation because of an unelected foreigner.
“There were attempts to present this crisis as a security issue. But everyone in the UN Security Council said that the crisis in BiH is constitutional and legal,” said Trišić Babić, appearing on RTRS’s Morning Program.
She emphasizes that the President of Srpska, as a responsible person, invited all parties to a discussion, thereby showing the will and aspiration of Republika Srpska towards dialogue, because only that way can the crisis be overcome.
The Head of the SNSD Parliamentary Group in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Sanja Vulić, emphasizes that the position of the President of Republika Srpska to engage in dialogue and follow the guidelines of the UN Security Council shows how much Srpska is interested in pursuing the path of peace and negotiation—specifically, agreement among the three peoples in BiH.
“I expect all parliamentary parties from Republika Srpska that are part of the government to attend. The ‘Trojka’ from the opposition doesn’t have the courage to come to this meeting. Still, I expect one party to come to Doboj, because here we should not be thinking short-term, but rather long-term,” said Vulić on RTRS’s Morning Program.
When asked whether someone from the opposition attending might jeopardize the recently signed platform of the two “Trojka” coalitions from Srpska and the Federation of BiH, Vulić had a clear message:
“The platform is nonsense and has no meaning or perspective. In today’s Assembly session, we will see what intentions the opposition has,” said Vulić.

She reiterated that BiH is a pure protectorate where the legally elected President of Republika Srpska is being targeted.
“It is very difficult for Željka Cvijanović to fight in the BiH Presidency against two members who represent only one people, the Bosniaks, and who openly advocate for a unitary BiH. In Sarajevo, there is not a single serious media outlet that is not obsessed with the character and work of Milorad Dodik. As Elmedin Konaković recently said, ‘Tie the horse where the master says,’ just to reach their goal. That is the stance of the ‘Trojka.’ They are eternal losers and servants,” Vulić emphasized.
According to her, despite the pressure, there is no fear of going all the way when it comes to preserving the institutions of Republika Srpska.
“A few days ago, we had a situation where a plane was circling above Banja Luka during the celebration of VRS Day. Is someone threatening us?” asked Vulić, and added:
“Should we bow our heads and let Schmidt and others like him determine our fate, and ignore our democratic rights? They can arrest us all. But we tell them—we will not give up Republika Srpska, it was entrusted to us by our best sons.”
She pointed out that all European laws were proposed and passed by SNSD deputies, and now, she says, they call them secessionists.
“We stand for the letter of Dayton, not the spirit of Dayton,” Vulić declared.
