The Serbian member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, told SRNA she is deeply convinced that the Office of the High Representative /OHR/ is a criminal organization, as various legal and illegal representatives have been violating international and domestic law for nearly 30 years, usurping powers they were not granted by the Dayton Agreement, and therefore not by the Constitution of BiH.
When asked by SRNA to comment on the statement from the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ in which they say that “entities are obliged to respect the Constitution and laws of BiH,” and that, as they say, domestic instruments should be used to protect the Constitution, Cvijanović said that Republika Srpska respects the Constitution and emphasized that nowhere in it does it say that an unelected foreigner can propose, let alone change laws or entity constitutions.

“Therefore, I say that the OHR is a repressive, undemocratic machine, part of the already defeated deep state of the USA, as well as the still undecided EU, which must deal with the greatest threat to democracy in BiH,” Cvijanović said.
As the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump has placed the fight against corrupt activities of USAID and the unjust spending of taxpayers’ money high on its list of priorities, Cvijanović hopes that the time will come to settle accounts with this criminal organization that spends the money of both American and European taxpayers with the sole purpose of generating crises in BiH and keeping it isolated from democracy.
