The well-known Macedonian musician Vladimir Blažev-Pančo from the hip-hop duo DNK, who was seriously injured in a fire that occurred on the night of March 16, 2025, in the discotheque „Puls“ in Kočani and had been treated in a private hospital in Skopje since then, has died, his family confirmed.
Pančo was treated for his injuries for several months after being transferred to a private hospital, but due to the seriousness of the burns and respiratory tract injuries, he ultimately could not fight it off – he died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the fire at the discotheque „Puls“, reports the Macedonian Telma.
Vladimir Blažev – Pančo was born on July 29, 1979, in Skopje. He was a husband and a father of two children.
62 people died in the fire at „Puls“, and about 200 were injured, among the deceased is Andrej Gjorgjieski, the vocalist of the group DNK.
Members of the band also lost their lives in the catastrophic fire at „Puls“: keyboardist Filip Stevanovski, backing vocalist Sara Projkovska, drummers Georgi Georgiev and Aleksandar Kolarov, as well as the group’s photographer Aleksandar Efremov.
