The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Cacak stated today, upon an inquiry by N1 regarding the case of two patients who died after tonsil surgery at the General Hospital in Cacak in February, that the results of the autopsy and toxicological analyses have not yet arrived.
“We note that the forensic medicine expert cannot declare the cause of death, that is, complete the autopsy report, until the toxicological analyses are performed, which, by the nature of things, require more time,” the Prosecutor’s Office stated.
A girl (4) and a man (38) died in February after tonsil surgery at the General Hospital in Cacak.
