Two seemingly unrelated tragedies, the murder of a young Ukrainian refugee, Irina Zarutska (23) and the slightly older Charlie Kirk (31), an influential conservative activist, actually have a lot in common and in fact represent the face and reverse of the same system composed of two seemingly opposing policies that produce evil in perfect symbiosis.
And here’s how…
Irina, a girl from Ukraine who escaped the madness of war, was brutally stabbed to death by a lunatic from the promised land, a psychopath who had been arrested 14 times before and served a prison sentence only twice (and a short one at that). The last time he was released was only three weeks before the crime, and that was after (it sounds incredible but it’s true) “a written promise to appear in court”.

It didn’t mean anything to the judge who released him that he acted like he was mentally disturbed during the arrest and told the police officers that he had “a chip installed so they could track where he goes and what he eats”.
At the trial, of course, he did not appear, but even that was not enough for the judge to order his arrest or issue a warrant. Instead, at the public defender’s suggestion, he ordered that the multiple repeat offender undergo a “forensic evaluation”.

If there was justice, the said gentleman in black would be languishing in prison today because his negligence plunged a family into mourning and allowed an innocent, young life to be extinguished.
That, of course, will not happen, and to make matters worse, this is just one of several million cases in which the American judiciary, under the pretext of respecting human rights, and in fact following the liberal agenda of the Democratic Party, which in this way secures votes among the African-American population (which commits a large majority of crimes in the USA), exposes citizens to the mercy of hardened criminals and lunatics.

Such a perfidious policy, which is characterized by a total absence of concern for human lives, is responsible for Irina Zarutska, instead of living her American dream, lying dead in a morgue cooler in Charlotte.
Let’s remember, Milan Lončar (25), a Serb from Philadelphia, also became a victim of the same policy four years ago when, while walking his dog, he was killed out of the blue by a monster similar to Irina’s, who, although accused of the most serious crimes, was also released two weeks before the murder, with a miserable bail of $3,200.
And what a wrong path this kind of narrative and philosophy can lead to, and often does, there is probably no better example than the fundraising campaign that was launched on the GoFundMe platform immediately after the horrific murder, with the intention of collecting money for the defense of Irina’s killer, with the claim that he is “a victim of a racist campaign and an unfair judicial system”.
So that is the dark side of the liberal, democratic medal.
But don’t accidentally think that the other side is better, far from it. The policy of conservatives also carries that bloody potential, from which their people also suffer, which is best evidenced by the case of Charlie Kirk, who was shot yesterday.
Charlie was one of the most promising young politicians and activists that America had, the loudest from the wave of young conservative, republican lions. He had a great influence among young people, especially students, and contributed a lot to Donald Trump getting a larger number of votes in last year’s elections among a population that has generally been more inclined to Democrats for decades.
You could agree or disagree with Charlie, but you had to admit that he was a hyper-intelligent, extremely educated and, above all, a skilled polemicist, which contributed the most to him becoming a social media star, with clips that have multi-million views.
Fate wanted his life to be ended by a sniper shot, right at the moment when he was giving a speech at one of the student forums for which he became famous. And what is even more bizarre – that in a way he became a victim of his own policy and the policy of his party.

Charlie Kirk, namely, wholeheartedly advocated for the respect of the Second Amendment and the right of every American to bear arms. In the end, he became a grim statistic of that same amendment, which in a number of American states allows literally every insecure teenager and diagnosed sociopath to become a walking threat and a potential mass murderer with a little cash.
In Texas, for example, you can buy a rifle or a pistol from an unlicensed dealer without any criminal or psychological check. It is enough to be 18 years old and have some paper to confirm it.
Here it should be pointed out that, although they promote different goals at first glance, when it comes to weapons, the policies of Democrats and Republicans sow death in perfect collaboration, practically as accomplices in a crime.
Thus, for example, criminals and all kinds of lunatics from democratic states, where crime flourishes because the policy waters it, but where it is more difficult to get weapons, are supplied through smuggling channels from states where it is easier to buy weapons than beer, for which you must be three years older (21).
Which, all together with a dehumanized system in which there is a total absence of empathy (by the way, none of the eyewitnesses and witnesses of Irina Zarutska’s murder, fellow passengers from the train, came to help her), has made America the planetary capital of mass murders, in which the killer, by the way, in the majority of cases does not know his victims.
Although as I write this text the sniper who took the life of Charlie Kirk has still not been caught, I dare to bet that it is another mentally disturbed character who would not pass a psycho-test for the first grade of elementary school, let alone for carrying a weapon, similar to the ones already mentioned above.
Just as the three assassins who tried to shoot the then presidential candidate, and today the president of America, Donald Trump, in a row last summer were sociopaths.
And if the death of Charlie Kirk can bring something good, then it is the realization that the laws on the availability of weapons in America must be changed urgently, both at the federal level and at the level of a number of American states.
Trump was visibly shaken yesterday by Kirk’s death, so I hope that under that impression he will ignore the interests of his great sponsor, the powerful NRA (National Rifle Association) and make moves that will be in the interest of all citizens, as opposed to the interests and profits of arms manufacturers.

If that does not happen, as well as if Democrats in the states where they are in power do not put the safety and lives of people before the insane policy in which the judiciary treats hardened criminals as juvenile delinquents, the spiral of violence in the USA will continue to take its toll in blood.
In that case, citizens will have nothing left but to pray to God (if they believe in him) that next time they are not in the way of a rampaging killer and become part of the sad statistics themselves.
