The Higher Court in Zaječar has confirmed the indictment against Dejan Dragijević (50) and Srđan Janković (50), as well as Radoslav Dragijević, Dejan’s father! As a reminder, younger Dragijević and Janković are charged with the aggravated murder of Danka Ilić (2) which occurred on March 26th in Banjsko Polje near Bor, while older Dragijević is charged with concealing the crime and aiding the perpetrator after the crime was committed.
As Kurir finds out, the defense attorneys have the right to appeal to the Appellate Court in Niš.

As a reminder, exactly eight months have passed since the girl’s murder. This crime shocked all of Serbia.
– Danka Ilić disappeared on March 26th from the yard of her mother Ivana’s old house. Ivana came with Danka and her older child to visit the family estate on that fateful day. While she was giving water to the other child, Danka disappeared – the source reminds and adds that the police arrested Dejan Dragijević and Srđan Janković on April 4th on suspicion that they had first hit her with a service vehicle of the Bor “Vodovod” and then drowned her, and hid her body.
