The leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), Milorad Dodik, stated that with the arrival of Donald Trump Jr., Banja Luka will be a significant place tomorrow, adding that this city is undoubtedly becoming an important center of diplomatic and business activities.
“Donald Trump Jr. is certainly an important link in the life of the company owned by the President of America. I will just confirm that there are contacts with him, such as those held by our representatives, and I hope it is possible that we will meet here as well,” Dodik told the Banja Luka portal Provjereno.
According to him, this way the results of efforts to bring about as many significant visits to Republika Srpska as possible can be seen, and what his team is doing on the international level will be significantly visible.
Speaking about American President Donald Trump, Dodik pointed out that he is pleased that he came to power and that, as he assessed, he made significant changes on a global level, primarily in tearing down the neoliberal globalist concept.
“He said he does not want to build failed states. We read that as BiH, and that is why they had our support. No one mentions Bosniaks and Bosnians anymore,” said the SNSD leader.
Trump Jr. is expected to hold meetings with RS officials in Banja Luka tomorrow, as reported by the media, and discuss possible investments by the Trump Organization with them.
His arrival in Banja Luka was not announced to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (MFA BiH), nor was the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH informed of his arrival, although he is a VIP person whose security is the responsibility of this Directorate.
Dodik further announced that at the end of this week, a delegation from the USA will come to the commemoration of the Day of the breakthrough of the Jasenovac camp inmates in Donja Gradina, as well as a delegation from Russia, which will be led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
“We will begin official talks on our cooperation with Russia, which remains intensive and, of course, very important. The key event is the construction of the Serbian-Russian temple,” Dodik concluded.
