The elections held in 10 local self-governments on March 29, 2026, were marked by high voter turnout. According to preliminary results, the ruling coalition managed to retain power in all ten locations, but in several of them, the result was significantly tighter than before.
Below are the complete preliminary results by cities and municipalities that voted on Sunday.
Bor
Turnout in Bor was 25,982 out of 38,492 registered voters, or 67.49%.
The ruling coalition list, “Aleksandar Vucic – Bor, our family!”, won 12,495 votes, or 48.09%, and 18 out of 35 mandates in the City Assembly.
The opposition list “Bor, our responsibility!”, which was also supported by the student movement, won 10,331 votes, or 39.76% of the votes and 15 mandates.
The remaining two mandates were won by the list of the Vlach National Party, which won 1,025 votes, or 3.94%.
Below the census remained the lists “Irena Zivkovic – Workers’ – Bor for Borani” (2.27%), “People in the Center – Srecko Zdravkovic” (1.6%), the list of the parliamentary coalition NADA (1.3%), and the list “Fighters for Bor” (1.04%).
Arandjelovac
Turnout in Arandjelovac was 25,999 out of 36,841 voters, or 70.57%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Arandjelovac, our family!” won 13,030 votes, or 50.12% and 21 out of 41 councilor mandates.
The list “Students for Arandjelovac – Youth wins” won 11,979 votes, or 46.08% and the remaining 20 mandates.
The census was not crossed by the lists “Russian Party – For a better Arandjelovac” (1%), “Serbian Liberals for green Arandjelovac” (0.5%), and “Coalition 381 – United we support the youth” (0.3%).
Bajina Basta
Turnout in Bajina Basta was 16,051 out of 21,464 registered voters, or 74.78%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Bajina Basta, our family!” won 8,415 votes, or 52.42% and 26 out of 45 councilor mandates.
The opposition-student list “United for Bajina Basta” won 6,461 votes, or 40.25% and the remaining 19 mandates.
The census was not crossed by the lists of the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Rasim Ljajic (2.27%), Zdrava Srbija Milan Stamatovic (1.79%), “Non-partisan movement for Bajina Basta” (0.6%), and “Go out – Fight for Bajina Basta – Serbian Liberals” (0.4%).
Kladovo
Turnout in Kladovo was 11,387 out of 21,805 voters, or 54%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Kladovo, our family!” won 8,043 votes, or 70.63%, and 21 out of 28 councilor mandates.
The list “Kladovo There are us – Time for changes”, supported by the student movement, won 2,979 votes, or 26.16% and 7 councilor mandates.
The list “Serbian Liberals for green Kladovo” (1.2%) did not pass the census.
Knjazevac
Turnout in Knjazevac was 15,883 out of 22,262 voters, or 71.34%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Knjazevac, our family!” won 8,825 votes, or 55.73% and 24 out of 40 councilor mandates.
The list “Knjazevac with students – Clean list – Dr. Ivan Milosevic” won 5,102 votes, or 32.22% and 13 mandates.
The list “Changes – Dr. Igor Milosavljevic – Marko Ignjatovic”, backed by the opposition parties NPS, NLS, SSP, and NADA, won 1,367 votes, or 8.63% and 3 mandates.
The list “Serbian Liberals for green Knjazevac (1%) did not cross the census.
Kula
Turnout in Kula was 23,310 out of 33,286 voters, or 70%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Kula, our family!” won 11,438 votes, or 49.06%, and 19 out of 37 councilor mandates.
The student list “Voice of the youth of the municipality of Kula” won 11,076 votes, or 47.5% and the remaining 18 councilor mandates.
The census was not crossed by the lists “Youth for Kula” (0.5%), “Serbian Liberals for green Kula” (0.3%), and the Rusyn list (0.2%).
Lucani
Turnout in the municipality of Lucani was 11,562 out of 14,631 voters, or 79.02%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Lucani, our family!” won 6,972 votes, or 60.33%, and 23 out of 35 councilor mandates.
The list “Sound of justice – Together for students – Mirjana Kern” won 3,803 votes, or 32.9% and the remaining 12 mandates.
Below the census remained the lists of the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Rasim Ljajic (2.1%), the parliamentary coalition NADA (1.4%), the Russian party BUNT (0.7%), and the list “Green front for students – Dragacevo” (0.5%).
Majdanpek
Turnout in Majdanpek was 9,609 out of 15,441 registered voters, or 62.22%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Majdanpek, our family!” won 6,079 votes, or 63.26%, and 21 out of 31 councilor mandates.
The lists Nu dau with 1,816 votes (18.89%) and 6 mandates and the list “We decide! – Dr. Damjan Stevkic” with 1,203 votes (12.5%) and 4 mandates also crossed the census.
The census was not crossed by the list “Serbian Liberals for green Majdanpek” (1.6%).
Smederevska Palanka
Turnout in Smederevska Palanka was 25,605 out of 38,933 registered voters, or 65.76%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Smederevska Palanka, our family!” won 14,161 votes, or 56.57% and 30 out of 49 councilor mandates.
The list “Youth for Palanka – Alone against everyone”, supported by the student movement, won 7,151 votes, or 28.5% and 15 mandates.
The list “United for Palanka – Miroslav Aleksic NPS – Milos Parandilovic NLS – NADA for Palanka” won 2,214 votes, or 8.8% and 4 mandates.
Below the census remained the lists Palanka Students (1.7%) and the list “Let’s cure the system – For Palanka to recover” (0.8%).
Sevojno
Turnout in the city municipality of Sevojno was 4,250 out of 5,545 registered voters, or 76.64%.
The ruling coalition list “Aleksandar Vucic – Sevojno, our family!” won 2,108 votes, or 49.6% and 9 out of 19 councilor mandates.
The list “United for Sevojno” won 1,906 votes, or 44.84% and the remaining 9 mandates.
The list of Zdrava Srbija Milan Stamatovic won 3.08% and 1 councilor mandate.
The list “Serbian Liberals for green Sevojno” won 0.7% of the votes.
