The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, stated that the opposition, if elections are held, “will suffer a heavier defeat than last time”, and called on students to say who will be on the student list. On that occasion, he also said that he knows all the names on it.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, called for a debate with the official representatives of the student list, who, according to the media, will soon be known, but he assessed that this will not happen.
“Let them officially say who their representatives are and we will have four, five of them against you, let them take more time, I have no problem talking and setting things up, but I say in advance, that will not happen, because they know that I am telling the truth and they have no arguments,” said Vučić.
As a reminder, the information that the student list has been formed was confirmed to Nova by Aleksandar Novović, a student at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.
“The student list has been formed or is almost finished, but the official position is that the students will not come out with a list until the elections are announced,” said the source of Nova.
Previously, Professor of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Jovo Bakić, stated that, “as far as he knows,” the student list has been “practically formed” and he believes that “the time has come to come out to the public with the names of at least ten of those who will be at the top of the list.”
Vučić said that the opposition, if elections are held, “will suffer a heavier defeat than last time”.
“They will suffer a defeat because they are addressing the same people in their bubble, and they don’t understand what is happening outside of them and that there are many other people who see things differently,” Vučić said and added:
“And they don’t understand what is happening outside and around them, and that there are many other people who see things differently, and who only want a normal and decent life. And as for the lists, I already know who is on that list, you won’t tell me anything new there. From rector Đokić to Jovo Bakić”.
