After Terzić stepped down as coach of Serbia in 2022, the women’s national team was led by Italians Daniele Santarelli and Giovanni Guidetti, who, after the expiration of their contract with the Volleyball Federation, did not agree to continue the cooperation.
The Serbian women’s volleyball team finished the competition at the Paris Olympic Games in the quarterfinals, without winning a medal, and next year they will participate in the World Championship which will be held in Thailand from August 22 to September 7.
The Serbian team, the defending two-time world champion, will compete in Group H in Bangkok with Japan, Ukraine, and Cameroon. The top two teams from each group will advance to the round of 16.
