Iran has launched a new missile attack on Israel, and according to media reports, the targets are the central and northern parts of Israel, as well as some areas in the south.

According to the Times of Israel, this is a new ballistic missile attack, and civilians were warned to take shelter beforehand.

Explosions were heard in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and the Ynet news portal reports that a bus was hit in Herzliya (near Tel Aviv) in the attack, but there is no information about casualties.

It is also stated that 50 missiles were fired, that five people were injured, and that many missiles were intercepted.

After the attack, civilians were told they could leave shelters, Tanjug reports.

Israeli Army: Chief of Staff of Iranian Armed Forces killed

The Israeli Army (IDF) announced today that Ali Shadmani, considered the Iranian chief of staff of the armed forces, was killed today.

According to reports, Shadmani is the highest military commander, Reuters reports.

The Ynet news portal reports that Shadmani was the leader of the Revolutionary Guard and the Iranian Army, and he was appointed to that position after his predecessor Alam Ali Rashid was killed in the “Lion’s Ascent” operation on Friday.

Before that, he worked as the deputy commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters and as the head of the operational division of the armed forces general staff, Tanjug reports.
