The Serbian national team won one silver and two bronze medals at the 37th International Olympiad in Informatics for high school students, which was held in Sucre, Bolivia.
According to the Serbian Mathematical Society, Petar Banović won the silver medal, Uroš Kostadinović and Stefan Šebez won bronze medals, and Sofija Čebašek was also a member of the team, all students of the Mathematical High School in Belgrade.
The competition was attended by 333 competitors from 84 countries.
The selection of competitors, preparations, and participation in the competition were organized by the Serbian Mathematical Society, with the support of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.
