The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office has opened a case regarding the brawl in front of the Belgrade night club “Benk”.
The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade has issued a statement regarding the brawl that occurred on Monday morning in front of the “Benk” club in Belgrade, involving Partizan basketball players.

“Regarding the event of May 5, 2025, when in Belgrade, in Crnogorska Street, in front of the catering establishment ‘Benk’, at around 04:30 hours, a brawl involving several individuals occurred, in which four basketball players of KK Partizan participated and during which three individuals K. M, J. N. and K. J were injured, we inform you that on May 12, 2025, a detailed report was submitted by RS, MUP, PS Savski venac, consisting of statements from the participants of the event, statements from eyewitnesses – witnesses, medical documentation, as well as video recordings. After the case was opened, an order was issued to conduct a forensic medical examination regarding the type, severity, and mechanism of the injuries sustained by the injured parties during the brawl. Once the examination is completed, the prosecutor’s office will determine the classification of the criminal offense and, depending on that, make a decision on further actions, about which the public will also be duly informed.”
