P. Diddy is facing a new problem, as he is losing his lawyer.
According to foreign media reports, P. Diddy is without a lawyer, as Anthony Rico is withdrawing from his legal team with a very unusual statement.
In the withdrawal request filed in New York, Rico stated that “under no circumstances can he continue to effectively act as attorney for Sean Combs.”
He added that he had spoken with lead attorney Mark Agnifilo before submitting the resignation request.
Rico did not want to disclose any details but only revealed that state prosecutors had been informed about everything.

As a reminder, the 55-year-old hip-hop mogul has been in prison since September of last year and is charged with racketeering, human trafficking for sexual exploitation, and criminal offenses related to prostitution.
Additionally, he is accused of rape, sexual abuse, and drugging his victims. Numerous lawsuits against him mention his “freak off” parties, where he allegedly filmed his victims without consent.
At these events, he allegedly “hit, threw objects, and dragged his victims,” exposing them to “physical, emotional, and verbal abuse.”
