Serbian tennis player Olga Danilović has qualified for the quarterfinals of the WTA tournament in Osaka, after defeating American Ashley Krüger 6:4, 6:4 in the Round of 16.

The match lasted 78 minutes. Krüger is the world number 48, while Danilović is ranked 49th on the WTA list.

The Serbian tennis player will play in the quarterfinals against the winner of the match between Belgian Elise Mertens and Czech Tereza Valentova.

The WTA tournament in Osaka is being played for a prize fund of $275,094.
