The Russian military carried out powerful airstrikes on the infrastructure of Ukrainian military airfields, as well as on energy facilities that support the operation of Ukraine’s military-industrial complex, the Russian Defense Ministry announced.
“Drones, missile forces, and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have damaged the infrastructure of military airfields, energy facilities supporting the operation of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, as well as concentrations of enemy forces and military equipment in 132 regions,” the report on the progress of the special military operation states, RIA Novosti reports.

According to the report, the attacks were carried out using drones, missiles, and artillery systems.
In addition, Russian air defense forces shot down one Ukrainian long-range Neptune missile and one projectile launched from a US HIMARS system.
45 Ukrainian military drones launched by Kyiv at targets on Russian territory were also shot down.
Russian missile forces also launched an attack on a train in the Odesa region that was transporting ATACMS missiles, announced Sergey Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev guerrilla movement.
“The train was passing through Ilyichevsk. A precise strike followed, and a contingent of US-made ATACMS missiles that had arrived in Ukraine from Romania via the port of Constanța was destroyed,” he specified.
