MEANT TO MEET MINOR: Teenagers Lure Pedophile to Kalemegdan, Beat Him with Planks!

Belgrade, Serbia – A 56-year-old man, identified as M.U., called the police last night claiming he had been beaten at Kalemegdan. His explanation for the assault reportedly shocked the officers.

He stated that he had arranged a meeting with a girl but claimed he did not know she was a minor. As soon as she arrived and they exchanged a few words, her friends emerged from the darkness, armed with wooden planks.

They beat him with whatever they could get their hands on, then all fled the scene.

“The man told the police he had met the girl through Facebook but was unaware she was under 18. They had been messaging for days, and then he suggested they meet. As soon as the girl arrived, masked youths appeared from the dark with planks in their hands. They beat the man so severely that he fell to the ground with a bloody head and bruises all over his body. They scattered, and he called the police. He told the inspector he had no intention of harming the girl and that he ‘gave up’ on the idea of dating her as soon as he saw she was underage,” our source close to the case stated.

The competent prosecutor’s office has been informed of the entire incident.

M.U. was admitted to the Emergency Center.
