The coach from Čačak, Marko Đusić, described what it is like when the Serbian Progressive Party blackmails its activists and sympathizers. Miloš Stevanić, the assistant to the mayor, asked him to be in front of the party premises in Čačak, at the moments when there were conflicts between the progressives and the demonstrators. He refused, and was then kicked out of Borac.
The conditioning coach Marko Đusić had to, as he stated, leave the hall next to Morava and the gym where he worked with athletes, after eight years of successful work.
But, not of his own free will, but by the order of Miloš Stevanić, the first man of the Čačak progressives.
“One of the reasons is that Miloš Stevanić called me and blackmailed me to stand in front of the SNS premises and beat our children. Of course, I refused,” wrote Đusić.
Marko Đusić is one of our best conditioning and personal trainers. That is why the people of Čačak organized a support rally, because this coach said “no to SNS, torture, and blackmail.”
They said that he is an example of how every honest, normal citizen should act.
“I wonder if there is an end to this. That someone is offered balaclavas to beat their own citizens. I was here then. City officials threw eggs and stones at us. And they cursed at us. But, it is obvious that there are fewer and fewer of them. People are canceling their memberships,” Slavica Petrovska from the Citizens’ Assembly in Čačak told N1.
“People need to be freed. I am always for that option. To show the SNS voters, who are fewer and fewer every day, that their emperor has no clothes. That they are kept in power exclusively by blackmailing and threatening people. I support what Marko did. I want to encourage some other people who would come out in the future and tell what they go through in order to support the SNS,” said Pavle Jelesijević, a councilor of “Wake up Čačak”.
To recall, an incident occurred at a protest in Čačak last week, when progressives came out in front of the premises and clashed with the demonstrators. They threw eggs and plastic water bottles at each other.
And when most of the citizens had left and when it was expected that everything would end peacefully, about ten progressives, led by Miloš Stevanić and Marko Parezanović, pelted the citizens who remained with rotten eggs around midnight.
