Just after becoming a father and missing three games, Nikola Jokic wrote new pages of NBA history against Dallas – he recorded his fifth consecutive triple-double and joined the elite company of seven players who have managed to do so!
Jokic was brilliant with 33 points, 17 rebounds, and ten assists, but even his magic wasn’t enough for Denver to avoid a loss in a close finish – 123:120. The Serbian center dominated the court, but frustration over a refereeing decision at the end of the game left a bitter taste.
Serbian basketball player Bogdan Bogdanovic continued his incredible NBA streak, currently the longest in the league, but even his double-digit performance couldn’t help Atlanta avoid a loss to Chicago – 136:122!
Bogdanovic had 16 points, four assists, and one rebound, while he hit four three-pointers and thus extended his streak to 93 games in which he scored at least one.
