The decision to continue the war in Ukraine was made yesterday in London, stated Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

Recall, at yesterday’s summit, with the participation of leaders from nineteen countries, it was decided that support for Ukraine would continue, and that rearming would be necessary for Europe’s security.

“In London, European leaders decided that war is needed, not peace. They decided that Ukraine should continue the war,” wrote the Hungarian prime minister on Facebook.

He added that this was “bad, wrong, and dangerous,” and that Hungary remains “on the side of peace.”

The meeting, hosted by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, was attended by 19 leaders, mostly European heads of state and government, but also included Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
