In his Easter message, PRINCE FILIP KARAĐORĐEVIĆ delivered a heartfelt reflection on the spiritual meaning of the holiday, emphasizing that the strength and justice of Serbia depend on the people’s readiness to follow the example of Christ.
“In these holy days, when we celebrate the triumph of life over death and love over evil, Easter reminds us of the highest calling before humanity — to become better, more noble, and more radiant, modeled after Christ Himself,” PRINCE FILIP said.
He highlighted that the Resurrection of Christ is not only a symbol of hope, but also a clear call to active love, sacrifice, and truth.
“The power of His Resurrection lies not only in the hope it brings but in the call to each of us to live in truth, to sacrifice for others, to forgive, to love, and to serve. To live by Christ means to place the good of our neighbor above personal gain, and truth above comfort,” he stated.
PRINCE FILIP concluded his message by stressing that the future of Serbia rests on the willingness of every individual to follow Christ’s example — not merely in words, but through concrete actions in daily life.
