DUŠKO IVANOVIĆ SACKED: Virtus dismiss coach after defeat in Italian derby!

Duško Ivanović is no longer the head coach of Virtus, the club from Bologna announced.

He will be replaced on an interim basis by Nenad Jakovljević.

Ivanović was dismissed after a loss in the Italian derby in the EuroLeague. In the recent 33rd round, Virtus was defeated by Armani in Milan. That game was also marked by Ivanović’s decision not to play Carsen Edwards for a single minute in the second half.

Nenad Trajković has also left the club along with Ivanović.
