A fire broke out on Sunday in a camper trailer parked near Futog Park in Novi Sad. The fire quickly consumed the entire trailer, destroying everything inside. Thick smoke and flames were visible from a distance, and fire crews soon arrived on the scene to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby buildings and trees.

According to eyewitnesses, the flames were so strong that they left no chance for the items inside to survive. However, after the fire was localized, firefighters found one untouched item among the ashes and completely destroyed belongings—a wooden blessing for the home with the words of Bishop Nikolaj Velimirović.
This unusual and touching sight surprised both the firefighters and the passers-by present. Many interpreted the event as a message from God and a symbol of hope, believing it was no coincidence that the only item to remain undamaged was one with spiritual significance.
