The foreign policy of Bosnia and Herzegovina is non-existent, having been undermined by Bosniak officials through three decades of misuse of the diplomatic and consular network, rather than by any directives issued by Milorad Dodik, Željka Cvijanović, or any representative from the Republic of Srpska, stated the Serbian member and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović.
0I note that, alongside Elmedin Konaković’s pathetic and nervous outbursts, there has also appeared a letter from two Presidency members – Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić.
Therefore, it is pertinent, given their emphasis on the need for everyone to perform their duties professionally, to ask whether it aligns with foreign policy protocols that Minister Konaković is currently visiting Brussels while completely bypassing the BiH Mission to the EU and its Head, Obrad Kesić, solely because he is a Serb, and instead organising his activities through the BiH Embassy in Belgium, led by Bosniak staff’, Cvijanović highlighted to SRNA.
She suggested it would be appropriate for them to clarify whether this approach is professional and serves the objectives of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s collective foreign policy, or if it represents an exclusivity assumed by Bosniak officials in promoting their own interests.
’This is compounded by the persistent abuses, such as those by Konaković, who forwards correspondence from the Bosniak member of the Presidency while blocking that of the Serbian member, as well as numerous instances of Bosniak ambassadors publicly boasting about acting on the instructions of the Bosniak member, but not the entire Presidency.
Therefore, the diplomatic and consular network has always been utilised by them to target the Republic of Srpska and Serbs, rather than to represent harmonised foreign policy positions. Konaković does not even conceal this, hence ambassadors and consuls appointed from the Serbian populace are not obliged to heed instructions from Konaković, as they are profoundly anti-Serb and do not represent Bosnia and Herzegovina’, Cvijanović asserted.
She pointed out that the reason is clear – Bosniak officials strive to maintain a false image of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to assign blame and causes for its decline, but this misuse will eventually come to an end.
Additionally, Cvijanović noted that Konaković is agitated because certain harsh reactions against the Republic of Srpska, which he orchestrated alongside other Sarajevo manipulators, have not materialised, and instead, calls for responsible dialogue within Bosnia and Herzegovina have emerged.
’The entire three-decade existence of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been based on manipulations by Bosniak officials and the globalist-bureaucratic machinery of foreigners, and if it is to survive, Bosnia and Herzegovina will have to return to its institutions, its constitution, its peoples, and their internal agreement. Threats and abuses will certainly not preserve it’, Cvijanović concluded.
