The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) extended the prohibition measures for the leader of the ruling coalition in Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, the President of the RS National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić, and the former RS Prime Minister, Radovan Višković, who are suspected of an attack on the constitutional order of BiH, according to which they will have to periodically report to the competent police station for the next two months.

The last check of whether they are reporting to the competent police stations was carried out on September 4, the Sarajevo portal Raport reported.

The prohibition measures for Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković were determined in July of this year, after they appeared at a hearing before the Court of BiH in the case of the attack on the constitutional order.

Previously, the Court of BiH issued a central arrest warrant for them and ordered one-month detention due to their refusal to be examined, which was revoked after they responded to the summons to be heard at the state prosecutor’s office.

Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković are charged with committing the criminal offense of “attack on the constitutional order”, because they proposed the adoption of laws in the RS National Assembly that prohibit the work of a part of the judicial and police state agencies on the territory of this BiH entity.

These laws were suspended by the Constitutional Court of BiH.
