“Hello, everyone!
I work as a professional firefighter-rescuer in Belgrade. Two years ago, during the summer wildfires in Greece, our country sent assistance to Greece to help with rescue efforts and firefighting, and I was part of the team. During one of the operations in Volos, where we stayed for several days, I met a Greek woman who, along with her fellow citizens, sent water, towels, and shirts to the firefighters to thank us in any way they could for coming to help.

Her name is Hristina Maria, and a few months later, we started a relationship and fell in love. At her suggestion, I sent you this interesting story. I love your group. That same year, you posted a photo of me and the leader of the Greek team, taken during that very operation. Greece is truly a brotherly country, so beautiful. Wherever I went, I felt free and accepted,” Nikola wrote.
According to the post, Hristina Maria visited Serbia for the first time for three weeks. On her second visit, she postponed her return flight twice and ended up staying for two months. Now, she is gradually moving her belongings, and the couple has many plans for the future.
