At the prestigious ‘Filothei Women Gala 2025’ meeting, held on Tuesday in Athens, Serbian athletes achieved excellent results.

Angelina Topić took second place in the high jump, clearing a height of 1.95 meters. Although she was very close to clearing 1.99 m, she was unable to overcome that height this time.

First place went to Britain’s Morgan Lake, who also cleared 1.95 m, but on her first attempt, which was decisive in the ranking. Third place was taken by Greece’s Tatiana Gusin with 1.91 m cleared.

Even more reason to celebrate came from Milica Gardašević, who triumphed in the long jump with an excellent leap of 6.71 meters.

Second in that discipline was Agate De Souza from Portugal with 6.67 m, while third place went to Maja Bedrač from Slovenia, who jumped 6.46 m.

Serbian athletes once again confirmed their top quality and announced excellent form ahead of the continuation of the season.
