Nova.rs has confirmed that Isidora Mijanović, Sergej Trifunović’s wife, has been convicted under the Law on Foreigners and will have to pay a fine. The decision is not yet final.
Sergej Trifunović reported his wife to the police last night for domestic violence.
Unofficially, Sergej and Isidora argued. When he said he would leave her and move out of their apartment in Voždovac, she threatened to smash everything in the apartment.

However, the prosecutor of the Second Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office stated that there was no evidence of a criminal offense related to domestic violence.
After the verdict of the misdemeanor court becomes final, she will have to pay a fine.
According to Article 27 of the Law on Foreigners, failure to report one’s stay carries a 10,000 to 50,000 dinars fine.
