ROD BLAGOJEVICH: America will launch an investigation into the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Former governor of the U.S. state of Illinois and one of the closest associates of U.S. President Donald Trump, Rod Blagojevich, stated that the branches of the group “Muslim Brotherhood” in Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon should have long ago been designated as terrorist organizations, and emphasized that the United States could soon launch investigations into the influence of that group in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well.

He assessed that when the United States launches an investigation into BiH, it will find a multitude of evidence indicating cooperation with terrorist groups of that type.

“What the State Department has done is a significant and necessary step in the fight against terrorism, especially that form of terrorism that is present, for example, in Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan, and I would add in Bosnia as well. And it is no coincidence that U.S. President Trump is doing this. This is not just part of the effort to defeat terrorists and protect citizens, but it is also part of the Trump administration’s plan to protect Christian countries, which are under threat from radical Islam and terrorism,” Blagojevich told RTRS.

According to him, “all those who are of the Orthodox Christian faith, who belong to the Serbian Orthodox Church, can view this act as a significant step toward a better opportunity to do something regarding developments in Republika Srpska and in BiH.

“We can expect similar measures against other branches of the ‘Muslim Brotherhood’ as well. I think this is only the first step and I believe that much more will follow. I sincerely believe that it is precisely here, in BiH and Republika Srpska, that you will see a similar development of events. Connections will be uncovered and investigations will be launched into the influence of the ‘Muslim Brotherhood,’ for example, in BiH. There is strong evidence indicating that they have been very active here for a very long time,” Blagojevich stated.

When asked about the connections of the SDA, Alija and Bakir Izetbegović with the branch of the “Muslim Brotherhood,” Blagojevich believes that one should certainly expect this to be only the beginning.

Blagojevich said that placing BiH on the list of 75 countries for which the issuance of immigrant visas is being suspended can be explained by the strong connection of BiH with Iran and Iranian influence.

“Iranian influence is connected with Hamas and Hezbollah, with the ‘Muslim Brotherhood,’ and is present, for example, in Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan, and certainly in BiH as well,” Blagojevich stated.

This is, as he says, also very important given that Trump is determined to find a common goal and cooperate in advocating the common interests of the Christian world, because, as he notes, he deeply believes in Judeo-Christian values and tradition.

“I must say this from a personal perspective – he greatly respects and values the Serbian people for their perseverance in the fight for their beliefs,” Blagojevich said.

Blagojevich added that he also feels a bit nostalgic, because, as he says, nowhere is like home.
