Tesla and X (formerly Twitter) CEO Elon Musk, along with former Republican U.S. presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, will head the Ministry for Government Efficiency in the administration of newly-elected President Donald Trump.
“These two exceptional Americans will help my administration reduce unnecessary regulations and costs, and reorganize federal agencies—which is crucial for the ‘Save America’ movement,” Trump said in a statement, as reported by BBC.

As previously announced, Trump has appointed former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe as the new Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem as the new Secretary of Homeland Security.
