Milan Jaćimović, the minor son of the transporter Milomir Jaćimović, was released after questioning at the Stari grad Police Station in Novi Sad.
Milan Jaćimović left the station with a lawyer around 5 PM.
The minor son of Milomir Jaćimović was detained for disturbing public order and peace, and a misdemeanor charge will most likely be filed against him. He is charged with throwing eggs at the special vehicle that drove away his father’s bus last night.
“Everything is fine,” said the minor Jaćimović after leaving the police station.
His defense attorney said that several protocols were violated, and that Milan Jaćimović was “taken to the station without any court decision and without his guardian being contacted.”
Those gathered outside the station and Milan Jaćimović headed to the Banovina building, where Milan’s father Milomir Jaćimović is on a hunger strike.
