In Bor, citizens are gathering to show support for the student Lazar Dinić, whose house arrest has been extended for three months, while the original decision on house arrest, which lasts until August 28, is still in force.
“At first, when we received the news about the extension of the house arrest with electronic surveillance measures, Lazar and everyone else around him were disappointed, we hoped that the measures, if not abolished, would at least be eased. Now Lazar is fine, he is doing the activities he has been doing so far – playing music, reading, going for an hour’s walk,” said Lazar Dinić’s mother, Biljana.
She added that “he sees that he has enormous support, from both his professors and his colleagues from the faculty.”
U Boru, građani okupljanjem pružaju podršku studentu Lazaru Diniću, kome je kućni pritvor produžen za tri meseca, a još uvek je na snazi prvobitna odluka o kućnom pritvoru koji traje do 28. avgusta.

To recall, Lazar Dinić is a student from the informal organization Stav, and he was detained on the eve of the rally on March 15 in Belgrade. He is one of 12 activists who were originally ordered to be detained for 30 days, after a recording of a conversation was released in the media with a national frequency.
His father Aleksandar stated that “from May 12, when the indictment was filed, until now – there has been no progress.”
“There is no progress, there is no scheduling of the main hearing, although we know, according to the lawyer, that it should have been 30 days after the indictment was filed,” he stated.
