If the strike proceeds as announced, we expect it to have a limited impact on regular flight operations, given that employees will adhere to the minimum work process regulations. We apologize to passengers and partners for any potential impact on the quality of service provided by the airport.
The salary review process for 2025 is currently in its final phase. With the planned salary increase, average expected compensation packages for operational positions will be close to or above the average salary in Belgrade, addressing the expectations of the strike committee. Employees at Belgrade Airport also have highly competitive benefits packages.
Belgrade Airport is committed to regular and continuous dialogue with unions and employees, and discussions are ongoing to ensure the salary review process for 2025 is successfully and promptly completed.
